  • Upon concluding the investigation, the findings and any actions taken will be documented. If the report is substantiated, appropriate corrective measures will be implemented to address the issue and prevent recurrence.

  • Management and the Board of Directors are responsible for fostering a culture of integrity and accountability, and for ensuring compliance with this policy.

8.3. Employees and Volunteers

  • All employees and volunteers are responsible for reporting concerns in good faith and cooperating with investigations.
